Returns Policy


At BikmanTech, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns


To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item.


We will promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue.


Items Not Eligible for Returns


Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders).

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return. If you have any concerns about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.


Exchanges


To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.


European Union Cooling-Off Period


If your order is being shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to a 3-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided that:

The item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is provided.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
